Brew Your Best PBT

cold brew Method

An effortless way to brew tea and botanical water, maximizing health benefits by avoiding high temperatures. This method requires a larger portion of the blend to match the flavor profile of hot brewing.

Measure 1.5 teaspoons of PBT for every 8 ounces of fresh, filtered water. For a more robust flavor or when serving over ice, use 2 to 3 teaspoons.

Combine the PBT and cold water in a pitcher or jar, ensuring your tea and botanicals are fully submerged.

Cover and refrigerate for 8 to 12 hours, letting the tea infuse gradually while you go about your day.

Gently strain the tea leaves and/or botanicals through a fine-mesh sieve or tea infuser.

Stir in 1 teaspoon of agave nectar to enhance the natural sweetness and harmonize the subtle flavors (optional).

Let it rest for at least 20 minutes after adding the agave nectar, giving the flavors time to harmonize before serving (optional).

Stir before serving to ensure the flavors are evenly distributed.

Traditional Hot Brew Method

Begin by measuring 1 teaspoon of PBT for every 8 ounces of fresh, filtered water for a light infusion. For a more robust flavor or when serving over ice, use 2 teaspoons.

Bring the water to a rolling boil at 212°F (100°C).

Place the PBT in your steeper or tea infuser and pour the boiling water over the blend.

Steep the tea and botanicals for 3 to 5 minutes to develop the flavors and aromas.

Stir in 1 teaspoon of agave nectar to enhance the natural sweetness and harmonize the subtle flavors (optional).

Allow it to cool to room temperature, then transfer to the refrigerator to chill thoroughly before serving.

Stir before serving to ensure the flavors are evenly distributed.
